Brittany and Mark’s relationship blossomed with their shared dream of owning a nature based education farm. We are excited to share our dream with you!

Brittany Bartholomew aka “Ranger Brittany”
Brittany is a NC certified environmental educator with over 18 years of experience teaching science to people of all ages and backgrounds. For the past 15 years, “Ranger Brittany” has worked with NC State Parks as the Youth Programs Coordinator and developed their Junior Ranger program.

Mark Bartholomew aka “Doc”
As a lifelong animal lover, Mark has worked as an educator at Rocky Mount Museum and Science Center as well as Tar River Herps, and various rescue organizations. “Doc” is a retired US Army Combat Medic who fought for our country in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
